We added $167k+ in revenue without any additional ad spend (Here’s How) Hey, I’m Alex. I’ve been running ABCEND for 2.5 years now, and in that time we’ve generated $10.7M+ for ecommerce brands through email, SMS, and flows. Still feels wild to type that out. Funny enough, I didn’t start out wanting to do email at all. I got my start writing YouTube scripts, then VSLs, then ad creatives, then landing pages, just kind of hopping around, chasing whatever paid and taught me something new. Email is where it all stuck. I’d hit send and get to watch the numbers move almost immediately, which honestly became a little addictive, and somewhere in there I started caring just as much about how the email looked as what it said, so now I geek out on both. Most of what I share here is just the real stuff we’re doing for clients: the flows that worked, the subject line that flopped, the design tweak that actually moved a number. If you’re building something similar, hope it’s useful. We rebuild these systems for eCom brands day in and day out.
