📣 CLASS SCHEDULE IS HERE 📣

Join me Monday nights at @crunch.charlotteuniversity for Zumba! (Note that I am no longer teaching a strength class before, but it may return in the future 💕)

On Thursdays, I am teaching Zumba + Lift at @af_lakenorman. This is a new format that combines dancing with strength training. Get the best of both worlds in one workout. ✨

On Saturday mornings, we have Zumba so get your dance on! Also at Anytime Fitness.

All classes you see here are open to the public. Classes are free for members at these gyms. Guest passes are available at both locations. DM me or comment below for more info!

To my Tuesday Zumba crew - Don’t worry. Our class will continue as scheduled. 😎

When will I be seeing you in class? 🤔✍️

After a bunch of takes where we couldn’t stop laughing, we were finally able to get this dance recorded. 😂

But isn’t that the joy of Zumba anyways? Having fun, dancing together, laughing, and having a space where you don’t have to take things so seriously.

I think we need to make it a regular habit of spending some time dancing around with music before class starts now that I don’t teach a class before. Students started coming in and just dancing which I absolutely loved! 🙌🏻

I am looooving dancehall-reggaeton right now! 😍

So when I heard this song from ZIN 124, I was hooked.

Like my Spotify DJ won’t stop playing Ryan Castro, Kybba, Sean Paul… & that’s the way I like it. 💁🏻‍♀️

So proud of these two amazing ZIN™ members! ❤️🔥

I’ve had the opportunity to watch their growth, dedication, and confidence develop over time, and seeing how far they’ve come makes me incredibly proud. ✨

Moments like this remind me why I love being a Zumba® Jammer. It’s not only about teaching choreography—it’s about watching instructors grow, shine, and become the best version of themselves.
