POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Three years in the making. Finally, it’s here.

In the summer of 2022, I photographed a building on Rothschild Boulevard in Tel Aviv — an architectural project by Bar Orian Architects.

A year later, in the summer of 2023, I received an unexpected email from Assouline, inviting me to contribute that photograph to their upcoming book about Tel Aviv.

The book was originally expected to be released in spring 2024.

But soon the book’s release was postponed. What I thought would be a relatively short wait turned into more than three years.

And now, in 2026, Tel Aviv Spirit has finally been published!

Seeing my photograph printed across a beautiful double-page spread in an Assouline book is an incredibly special feeling.

For me, this is more than just a publication. It’s a personal milestone and a reminder of why I fell in love with architectural photography in the first place.

After all this time, holding the book in my hands still feels a little unreal.

I’m incredibly happy and grateful to be a small part of this beautiful tribute to my beloved city of Tel Aviv.

Idea. Thought. Design. Making. Connection.

Somewhere along the way,
through my hands and the material,
I feel less separate from the universe

Thank you, God,
for the gift of creating.

Portrait of the interior designer @laurabdkh in her kitchen project in Ramat Gan.

To show the person behind the project is as important as to show space, materials and light.
