We recently moved in to our first HOUSE 🏡!?… it’s been a loony dream of ours and now the renovation starts. We have always been dreaming about building our own home gym, so this is where we are starting 🙌 can’t wait to show you what we will make

This spring I had a panic attack.

It didn’t come out of nowhere. Looking back, the signs had been there for months — maybe longer. A tightness in my throat that wouldn’t go away. Poor sleep. A low hum of stress that I’d somehow convinced myself was just part of the deal. I was working hard, training hard, building something — and I told myself that’s just what it costs.

Then one day my body said enough.

What followed was the most disorienting few weeks of my life. Anxiety was everywhere, all the time. I was scared to be alone. Scared to leave my apartment. Scared of my own thoughts. I’d gone from feeling like I had everything under control to feeling like I had control over nothing — almost overnight.

I started working with a therapist and picked up a book called The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris. Slowly, I started to understand what was actually happening — not just in my mind, but in my body. That stress isn’t something you can outrun or outwork. That anxiety isn’t the enemy. It’s information. And that the harder you fight it, the louder it gets.

The biggest shift wasn’t a technique or a tool. It was acceptance. Learning to let the uncomfortable feelings be there without immediately trying to fix them, escape them, or explain them away. Letting life be a little messier than I was used to.

It’s been a few months now. I sleep better. I move more intentionally. I’ve opened up to people I trust. I’ve learned to walk slower, drive with less urgency, and actually be present in conversations instead of already thinking about what’s next.

I’m not fixed. I don’t think that’s the goal. But I understand myself better than I ever have — and I’m more grateful for the small things than I’ve ever been before.

If any of this sounds familiar, I just want you to know that another way forward is possible. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to feel it. by @alexander__andren

I actually really like my job.
I like building things. I like responsibility. I like chasing ideas and making them real.

But I also really like this.

A small fire.
Simple food.
No noise.

It’s funny how both can be true at the same time.

You can be ambitious and still crave quiet.
You can care about your career and still realize that some of the best moments cost almost nothing.

I’m not trying to escape my life.
I’m just trying to make space for this inside it.

That balance feels important.

What’s your version of it?

I’ve realized something about myself.

I’m good at pushing.
Good at training hard.
Good at setting goals.

But when it comes to doing the things that genuinely make me happy - creating, sharing, starting something new I sometimes hesitate.

Overthink.
Wait for the “right moment.”
Question if it’s worth it.

And I’m starting to understand that happiness isn’t something you stumble into. It’s something you choose. Repeatedly. Even when it feels uncomfortable. Even when you’re not fully ready.

So this is me choosing to move instead of hesitate.
Choosing to create instead of consume.
Choosing passion over perfection.

If there’s something you keep thinking about doing maybe this is your sign too.

We don’t need to have it all figured out.
We just need to start.

Let’s enjoy the ride while we’re building it.
