In class they always say tell a story through dance…Do yall think this is what they meant?😅Dancing to this song honestly released a lot of pent up emotion i didn’t truly realize I had left, thoughts/memories of my grandma, my ex, past friendships etc…I can see each memory start to take over now watching this back. Between the different variations I truly see how I was actually LISTENING to the song and not just “moving” if that makes sense. I’ve been prioritizing myself even more, physically it has shown! I’ve lost 10 more pounds and this only the beginning of this journey! Weightloss is a funny thing…you gain and then you lose and then your stagnant, this is a reminder to not give up and to keep on going if you’re feeling stuck or lost with your journey! Remind yourself it’s not a STRAIGHT LINE journey, there’s hills of obstacles and life happens, give yourself the grace of LIFE! Be kind to yourself more importantly, you set your emotions of the day and that can also impact you physically, keep shining and thriving More to come 🤍happy to include you guys on my journey! by @alexandercallaway
