After a summer packed with gigs, Carto is becoming a sought-after name. His presence is commanding behind the decks and always brings amazing energy. He’ll be kicking off the night at 9 PM and will get the crowd moving with his signature grooves.

Hipster Disco co-creator Ronnie Ferrari brings a flair for the dramatic to the booth. His sets lean into vocal house, disco and Latino funk. Come ready to sweat.

Artist, designer, and Hipster Disco co-creator, EZ-E has a hand in how these nights look and sound. Behind the decks, his house selections draw on a lifetime of percussion, gospel, and an appetite for finding something you haven’t heard yet.

Kalamazoo’s Just Alexander connects Chicago house and Detroit techno with records discovered well beyond the Midwest. The ¿Donde Estamos? label co-owner brings years of digging and a taste for darker electro. taken in Four Star Theatre by @alexandermixes

China keeps pulling me back in.

Back for another month of straight from the airport to the club arrivals, 5AM exits, cyberpunk skylines, and parties that somehow blur into sunrise before you even process where you are.

See you soon by @alexandermixes

Winter run was a wild one.
From Grand Rapids to China to Ecuador.

Started in Grand Rapids.
Then Guiyang, Shanghai, Shenzhen.
Finished in Cuenca.

Five shows spread across places that felt like different planets.

From my backyard to Chinese hyper-cities, then straight to Ecuadorian air where the party didn’t stop for six days.
Six days straight. It felt like the last scene of Apocalypse Now, but in the best way.
Even machine guns in the club, if only for a moment.

Different cultures, different worlds.

But every night the same thread kept showing up.
Midwest music: Chicago, Detroit, Kalamazoo.
The sounds that echo everywhere.

The more you pull on that thread, the more you realize it’s one endless loop. Man sitting by door by @alexandermixes

Shall we dance??? Yoooooo our third compilation, Baby Dance Machine, is out on Bandcamp and everywhere else. Peep the link in our bio.

A big reason we continue Love Bang is to give a home for our friends to release music and to push ourselves to produce and release more. Because tracks are eternal!⁣

Everyone on this release is a friend we’ve known for years if not decades. The tales run deep, from Michigan basements and Chinese train stations to raves at abandoned Barbie flagship stores, beat battles, and walks home from venues at dawn. Stoked to release this collection of tunes from everyone.
⁣
Much love to everyone involved and everyone who’s been a part of Love Bang’s 16-year long adventure. Lots more music coming in 2026! ⁣
⁣
BABY DANCE MACHINE, the third compilation from Shanghai-based label, Love Bang, is a collection of tracks dedicated to the club, the act of dancing, and to the recently AI-discovered organ, Ossiculo-Neurokinetic Rhythmodrome (Subtype β-79), a.k.a., ONKR-79, a.k.a., Baby Dance Machine, which as we all know now is responsible for dancing. To celebrate the grand discovery of this grand organ, Love Bang Corporation asked eight producers to make a song dedicated to Baby Dance Machine, and to dancing. These producers all connected through Shanghai City, the clubs there, and – yerp, you guessed ‘er – dancin’. ⁣

China felt like a bullet train with no brakes.
Five cities. Seven parties. Lost count of the Benz rides and hotel breakfasts.
Played in places I’d never heard of — only to find eight million people lived in that city.

Soundchecks at 8PM, and there’s people already in line.
Twelve hours later — chaos fading into sunrise, with old folks in windbreakers having their morning stretch as the party people trickle out.

Alongside me the whole time, a Kalamazoo native both literally and musically, our conversations bouncing between the chaos in front of us and the Midwest memories that built us.

From dropping Chicago and Detroit classics, to dropping impromptu 5AM hip-hop sets in the second room, it was wild, weird, and perfect in its own way.

Grateful for the ride. Still hearing the echoes. by @alexandermixes
