Today is Sonny's birthday ✨

It's hard to believe that it's almost four years since he passed away. In some ways, it feels like yesterday, the shock, the pain, the grief that consumed me in those early days. In other ways, it feels like a lifetime ago, like I've lived a whole other life since then, one that's been shaped by loss and the challenges of parenting solo.

One of the hardest things about losing Sonny has been watching Willow grow up without him. She's such a beautiful, vibrant, funny child, and I know he would have loved her so much. It breaks my heart that she'll never get to know him, to hear his laugh, or to feel his embrace. But I also know that she carries a piece of him with her always, in her smile, in her spirit, and in her heart.

So today, on Sonny's birthday, I'm holding onto all of the love that still remains as tightly as I can. And I'm remembering that even though he's not here with us in person, he will always be a part of our story and a part of our lives.

Sonny, wherever you are, I hope you know how much I love you, and how your absence is still felt so deeply. Happy heavenly birthday boo 💖 by @alexandraedp

still going strong with the Paris pics ✌🏼
after an exhausting but incredible few days at Disneyland Paris, we decided to take it easy and explore the city before our flight home. little did we realise we’d end up walking just as much as we did at DLP! They say mums are usually the ones behind the camera, capturing every precious moment. Solo parenting makes this even more true. We have the occasional selfie, but there aren’t many photos of Willow and me together.

But recently, I decided it was time to change that. I booked a photoshoot for us on the beach, specifically at Half Moon Bay. This place holds a special spot in my heart, a place where her daddy Sonny and I shared beautiful memories, even before she was born💫

Willow is my absolute everything, and the love I feel for her is beyond words. Having Morganna capture these moments meant the world to me ✨

Every single photo from the session turned out beautifully, and Morganna was an absolute gem. I'm usually not comfortable in front of the camera, but she had a way of making me feel completely at ease, and she was fantastic with Willow who is usually a little shy with new faces! It all felt so natural, and I'm so grateful for these captured moments 💖 taken in Half Moon Bay, Heysham by @alexandraedp
