Happy Halloween 🎃

Halloween 2025, I can’t believe it’s been a whole year since we announced I was pregnant. by @alexas.monroe

We had to do it 🎃💜

I’m so excited for a lifetime of shoots together. Maybe one day she’ll be behind the camera too by @alexas.monroe

@rosegardenfuneralparty at @granadatheater in December 2021
Out of all my memories at the Granada and sundown, this is my favorite one.

Everything we love eventually dies. The Granada announcing its closure in 2027 is both surprising and not surprising.

Everyone on the cover of this album helped create a beautiful night at @granadatheater

Ophelia’s first PolaCon 🩷
She was able to hang out with us for a little bit.

This summer was the most eventful summer I’ve ever had. It’s been a balance of excitement watching Ophelia grow and sadness realizing how quickly the time passes. I find myself looking at her newborn photos wondering where the last few months went. Maybe I’m just extremely sentimental.

Happy first Father’s Day to Michael

Watching him be a dad to our little girl is the best feeling in the world. 🥹💖 by @alexas.monroe

Apollo never met a stranger. He was sweet to everyone he met.

I miss him more than words can describe. It feels like a piece of me left the earth with him.

I’ll miss him forever

Sweet Apollo
2009-2026 by @alexas.monroe

Apollo lives on through photographs and the memories attached to them, but I can’t stop thinking about all the photos that will never exist. It’s hard to accept that every photo of Apollo has already been taken. by @alexas.monroe

Apollo, to know him was to love him.

Apollo was there for chapters that shaped me, loved me through versions of myself no one else knew, and left paw prints on my heart that time cannot erase.

Apollo was more than a pet. He was a piece of my soul walking beside me, my soul cat, my constant companion. I hope I keep finding his fur years from now in forgotten corners, old blankets, and places I least expect. I hope I never stop looking for him in sunbeams and quiet rooms. I hope wherever he is, there is endless sunshine, soft places to nap, and all the ice cream a cat could dream of.

I can’t believe he’s gone.
I will miss him for the rest of my life. by @alexas.monroe
