I love a slow morning. One that lets me savor every bite/snore/sun beam. Right now I’m working on getting back in the swing of ritualizing my mornings so I hope you enjoy these moments from some of my favorite slow mornings over the last couple years. by @alexatookthat

Have you been to the new Wagner Park yet? What was once a green space easily overlooked in the NYC park scene is now quickly becoming known as one of the greatest new architectural landmarks the city has to offer.

The best part? Not only is it stunning. It’s doing some major heavy lifting in addressing the city’s growing climate crisis needs.

The park features a flood risk reduction system, paving materials designed to minimize heat and improve the solar reflectance index, and native landscaping that reduces water use and supports local biodiversity.

I highly recommend checking it out for yourself. Later this year, you’ll also be able to make dinner reservations at the restaurant and practically have Lady Liberty at your table.
