Look at what God is doing in Makambako Tanzania! When the eyes of my heart were blind, God touched me, healed my blindness, and I saw him staring back at me with love. It’s beautiful seeing all these smiles. I made some lifelong friends on this trip, and I will love them forever! 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 taken in Makambako, Iringa, Tanzania by @alexcalhoun_

Lately, I’ve had so much to be grateful for. From everything God taught me through Africa to the quiet beauty of a new season here at home, I’m reminded that His faithfulness never stops. I’m walking into this fall with a heart full of gratitude, a deeper desire to know Him, and an even greater conviction that my life belongs to His Kingdom. My prayer is that the years ahead would be spent faithfully serving Him, sharing the Gospel, discipling others, and giving my life to the work He has called me to. There’s so much I don’t know about what the future holds, but I’m excited to see where He leads, who He allows me to serve, and how He continues to shape me along the way. The goal has never been to build my own kingdom, but to give everything I have to His. Grateful for where He’s brought me, trusting Him with where I’m going, and ready for whatever comes next. All glory to God.

Thank you to the best roommate @jjsalgadoiii for the photo, and grabbing brunch with me! So greteful for you brother! taken in Chicago, IL by @alexcalhoun_

Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”

I am so grateful for this year, it’s been amazing growing close to my community @vive.chicago. I love all my friends and I cannot wait to see what 2026 brings! taken in Chicago, IL by @alexcalhoun_
