We have tasted the most amazing vegan and vegetarian foods in Ubud, but I need to honour this place called Monkey Legend Restaurant and Bar where we had the tastiest non-vegetarian dishes. If you feel like Indonesian cuisine, this is the best I’ve tasted here ✨✨✨✨

Yesterday was a day of grounding, of setting intentions deep within our hearts and Mother Earth.

Today was the sacred ritual of purification with the Water of the holy bubbling spring at Timpa Empul Temple. Clearing all negativity and expanding into clear vision.

My heart wished for a memento as I walked out, and this little statue called to me. Lord Ganesha - I got it only to find out that Ganesha is the elephant-headed Hindu god of wisdom, success, and good luck, known as the “Remover of Obstacles”. And so it is! 💕✨

There are@moments where I need to pinch myself to make sure I am not dreaming… it is a dream come true to be able to be part of the #legacybali2025 breathwork retreat. Gratitude dints even start to cover the feeling. Thank you @treygwilliams for creating this portal of transformation 💙 taken in Bali, Indonesia by @alexcontis10

‘Art imitates life’ 🎞️ 🖤

This project has literally taken me across continents via travel & zoom, especially over the past year 🇦🇺 🇺🇸 🇫🇷 🇩🇪 🇹🇹 🇮🇩 🇻🇳 🇰🇷

Working our asses off to see it come to life.

It is one of the most cathartic experiences I have ever had.

Pouring my soul into this script & visual concept…

And now seeing it form from paper to screen.

Putting a film together is a massive process both in business & creative.

But I’m so grateful to my team that continues to grow, who have supported my vision & believe in it’s path…

The people you surround yourself with are the family you chose…

Behind the creation is talented beings, who bring the puzzle pieces together.

‘In darkness let us see light’ 🖤

@spit_movie ! It been a while since I had such a good laugh!

If you ask me if it’s worth going to see it in cinemas, I would say “Fuck Yeah!!”. Do not miss it, you will understand why! Hurry 🩴🩴🩴🩴

Brilliantly written, created and delivered, @spit_movie has the legs to become a clasic, with characters so well defined and memorable! Spiteri is an icon now.

Big congratulations to everyone that has contributed to bring this to big screen and proud to have worked with such a wonderful team, one of the best! 💕🩴🩴🩴🩴💕 taken in HOTA, Home of the Arts by @alexcontis10

Breath is life.
Breathwork is living life to the fullest.

I feel blessed, empowered and transformed by this powerful and ancient healing medicine thought with so much love and mastery by Trey Williams. I will never be the same and thank God and Trey for that! 😍😍😍 by @alexcontis10

You are invited to an evening of art and meditation at Robina Community Centre this coming Monday, 16th of May.
We're trying to create awareness about our new location in Robina and have organised an exhibition with art from 4 of the yogis that attend our program, one of them being me 😊.
We would be delighted to have you at this event starting 5pm followed by meditation from 7pm.
It's a great opportunity to enjoy the beauty of art 🖼 and the joy of meditation 🧘‍♀️.
There will be 🍱 and🍹 (non-alcoholic of course 😅). #meditation #art #artexhibition #painting #photography #goldcoast #robinacommunitycentre #robina #sahajayoga by @alexcontis10
