How can God trust us if we’re going to rejoice in the pain and insecurity of others, as well as their struggle with sin and be flattered by it? There’s nothing wrong with being admired and desiring to inspire…but when it comes to knowing someone else is deeply insecure and envious, we shouldn’t feel accomplished. I’m not saying we should dim our light and stop being ourselves for the sake of how others feel-but we should monitor our motives. 🤷🏾‍♀️ He also wants us to have such revelation about ourselves so that we see the beauty in how He created us, uniquely. Let’s guard our hearts from the spirit of comparison and competition that flows heavy in culture.
