Beep beep. Just your friendly neighborhood spider reminding you that you cannot reason with a Waymo the same way you cannot reason with a hawk that’s carrying off your squirrel. #art #doodles #futility by @alexetism

Nine months ago, I shared that we were starting Continuo Group with a belief that good strategy, strong operations, and thoughtful creative work should reinforce each other, not compete.

As the year wraps, what’s been most meaningful is seeing that belief hold up in practice. We partnered with nine brands to transform how their GTM work actually functions—clarifying messaging frameworks across L100, L200, and L300 layers; turning scattered Google Docs into durable one-pager templates that bring writers and designers into the same working system; establishing monthly roundups; producing vision and overview videos; and bringing order to asset and research ecosystems through tools like Brandfolder and Maze. The work wasn’t always flashy, but it made everything else move faster and with more confidence.

At the same time, solid systems created space for creativity. One More came out of that balance—a passion project about making art and products, and building a shoppable library of the things we love and make our personal and professional lives sustainable. We shipped books, customizable art prints, and there’s more to come through partners.

Continuo started as an idea about how work could be done. It became a way of working with love as the guiding principle.

Have a happy new year, and we’ll see you in 2026 :)

One of the best parts of starting Continuo Group this year was having time to explore our passion projects.

We created One More to share our creative practices and to offer an alternative to the prevailing hustle and suffering-as-a-value culture that we’re all subjected to. We’re interested in a quieter idea of progress.

There’s a stat we love: improving your life by just 1% each day compounds into a 37× improvement over a year. This idea shows up in our lives as artists all the time. You don’t make something meaningful by pushing yourself to the brink. You make it by showing up consistently, in ways you can actually sustain.

Our first One More product is the Life Calendar. It’s a visual representation of a life as a custom print. 80 years in weeks. Each week gets a single dot. Fill one in, and take a moment to reflect on something you did that week that was worth doing. Over time, see your life slowly fill up into something meaningful.

If you’re thinking about the year ahead, or looking for a considered gift, this is a good place to start. Get your Life Calendar. Link in bio. by @alexetism
