I prayed that I would align myself with people that actually cared about success, each other, and all the little pieces in every step of this monumental journey.

God aligned me with some of the most elite people, blessed me with abundance, and extraordinary opportunities.

Now the agencies are scaling, the team is growing closer and stronger, and we're all ready for the best that's yet to come.

When you're in the business of helping people, their best interests have to rise above yours.

Seems easier said than done considering people are being taken advantage of and improperly educated.

In order to educate others, you have to educate yourself so you can prevent potential problems in the future. For you and the client.

This part of my journey is only halfway over, and we aren't even halfway through the series...

Starting a business requires guidance, mentorship, and presence. It takes discipline and unwavering faith that no matter how many people you lead, no one gets left behind.

Sales is something you do "for people", not "to people".

Top closers ask anywhere from 11-14 more qualified and targeted questions.

Prospects will need what you have as the solution to their problem because you helped them see what wasn't working before.

Save this for your calls.

Its not just reading a script and hoping and praying for a close. The sale happens at the beginning of the call, not at the end.

Get curious. Did you know top sellers ask 9-11 more targeted questions on a call?

Protect families. Get compensated. Or so thats what I was told...

At this point in my journey, I was throwing in the towel. You can't expect to lead others in this business when you simply aren't being taught how to be successful. I was ready to stick to my 9-5 because that felt more comfortable and my options were running out.

I had gotten licensed, spent money on contracting fees, and paid dues for the teams I joined all to just end up hitting a wall. It was feeling like I was going nowhere fast.

I wasn't being shown how to actually cultivate a book of business, work with families and discover problems to provide solutions for. I felt that other people around me were also being mislead and I started to question why only certain people were making money while a majority of people got left behind.

You can't help families if you aren't taught got to get in touch with them, and you definitely can't be profitable without a steady flow of families to help... so how can anyone believe they're the problem when they simply aren't being taught how the business actually works?

Before you assume anything, my journey in this space is highly unique. These stories can only be told to certain lengths, and won't do any of my experiences justice, but I'm choosing to shed light and use my story to inspire, educate, and guide others the right way.

I've been feeling called to express this for some time and that its been a disservice that I've waited this long. 3 years later and I'm proud of myself for never giving up. This is just the beginning.

Stick around.. or not. I just know my story is meant to change how people view this industry without the smoke and mirrors.

Real. Authentic. Messy. Truthful.

In this business, helping ONE family can generate a $1,500 commission.
One family a week = roughly $6,000/month. Imagine multiple policies in a day.

Sales doesn't mean entrepreneurship is easy or guaranteed.

It means the economics are different. Your income isn't automatically tied to how many hours you clock.

It can be tied to your skill, your effort, and the amount of value you create.

You don't need 100 sales. You don't need to become internet famous. You don't need to build some massive company overnight.

Sometimes you just need to realize there are other ways to make money than the one you were taught.

Learn a skill. Help people. Get really fucking good at it.
One family at a time can change your income and eventually, your life. Sales is the way forward.

The longer I’m in this industry, the more I realize:
Your production can make you successful.
But it doesn’t make you a leader at all.

Leadership shows up in what happens to the people around you.

One of the biggest lessons I’ve taken is that real leadership isn’t about elevating yourself above people.

It’s about raising the standard while bringing people with you.

this industry needs more of that.
Less ego. ❌️ Less pedestal-building.❌️ Less obsession with hierarchy and numbers. ❌️

More leaders willing to teach people what they know, give credit away, have the uncomfortable conversations, and genuinely want their agents to eventually become better than them.

Having plenty agents underneath a name stopped looking impressive to me. I got left behind with this structure.

How many leaders exist because you led them?
That’s the scoreboard I’m starting to care about.

If every agent on your team eventually became the exact kind of leader you are today… would you be proud of what you multiplied?

Grab some popcorn or snack of choice.

7 IMOs may sound like a lot, but you never really know someone's true nature... regardless of what they promise you up front.

I have seen unethical practices, experienced getting left behind, been discouraged, and I've been lied to a number of times.

This industry works, I've seen a lot of success. What people don't talk about is why it doesn't, and I'm here to shed light on that.

You want to be successful? Stop pretending like the person selling you a dream filled with materialistic nonsense is actually there to see you win. Stop lying to yourself thinking you can do this business on your own.

If you value your time, your energy, are genuinely looking to learn sales, and want to finally see this through, let's have a real conversation.

Stay tuned, it's time you actually learn something.
