What’s everyone reading this spooky season? 🎃🍂📚

Just finished this one, and now I’m going to be good and wait patiently for Other Worlds Than These… 👀

Only a couple more days to go and I seriously can’t wait! 🥺📖✨

Well, I guess I’m just going to have to collect ALL the anniversary editions now. I don’t make the rules! 😹📚🐈‍⬛ by @alexi.constantreader

I’ve waited so long for this book! 🥹📚

The Talisman has always been my favourite Stephen King novel, and I absolutely loved Black House, so you can imagine how excited I was for Other Worlds Than These!

Naturally, I couldn’t resist picking up both the standard hardback and the beautiful collector’s edition on release day. No regrets! 🤣❤️

There’s something so special about returning to a world and characters you’ve grown to love over the years.

Have you picked up a copy yet? And which edition is your favourite? 👀📖

OMG guys!! 🥹❤️ My brother bought me the absolutely stunning Folio Society edition of Stephen King’s Pet Sematary! 🐈‍⬛🪦

Honestly, one of the most gorgeous hardbacks in my collection, and even more special because it came from my brother. 🥺❤️

Pet Sematary was actually the second Stephen King book I ever read, so this one means a lot to me! 📚✨

What’s the most sentimental book in your collection? 🥰

Three legends of horror, one book! 📖🖤

Did you know that back in 1988, Stephen King, George R. R. Martin and Dan Simmons all contributed stories to the same horror anthology? Originally published as Night Visions 5, it later became known as Dark Visions.

But here’s a little fact you might not know! 👀 Martin’s contribution, The Skin Trade, is a werewolf horror mystery published eight years before A Game of Thrones! 🐺

I absolutely love discovering little pieces of literary history like this, especially when they come wrapped in such a gorgeous retro cover!

Isn’t it cool seeing three literary giants together in one book?! 😍📚

Have you read this one? by @alexi.constantreader

Birthday book haul! Right here and now 🎂📚🐺

It’s my birthday AND Other Worlds Than These day!! 🥹 So obviously it was bookstore + coffee with Mama. ☕️

Got my hardback AND the gorgeous purple collector’s edition, plus my family spoiled me with loads of beautiful books. 🥺💜

Birthday book haul coming soon! 📚✨

A cup of sticky toffee pudding tea, candles lit, my favourite blanket, and Don’t Let the Forest In. 🌳🖤

Safe to say I’m one very cosy boy right now! 😂📖 The perfect setup to get lost in a good book for the rest of the evening.

Hope everyone’s having a lovely, relaxing Sunday! 🕯️☕️

Spooky season is upon us! 🎃🍂👻

I’ve just finished ’Salem’s Lot 🧛📖 and what goes perfectly with a good book? Coffee, of course! ☕️ I opted for iced 🧊🤎

What’s everyone else reading this spooky season? 👀📚 by @alexi.constantreader

What a beautiful ending to my favourite book series, The Talisman. 🥹💜

I did indeed begin my Stephen King journey as a child, and now I’m getting grey hairs of my own.

I truly believe Peter Straub would be proud of how this incredible story has come to an end.

Thank you, @stephenking , for the stories, the adventures, the tears, and the memories that will stay with me forever.

Right here and now. 🐺💜

There’s a storm brewing here in the UK, so what better excuse to escape to my local coffee shop, get cosy with a drink, and lose myself in a good book? ☕📖🍂

Next up from my TBR is Don’t Let the Forest In by C.G. Drews, and I can’t wait to dive in! 🌲🖤

Rainy days, coffee shops, and dark reads. The perfect combination! 🥹

What’s everyone reading today? 📚

2:15pm on a Sunday and I’m absolutely SOBBING. 😭🌲🖤

Just finished Don’t Let the Forest In by C.G. Drews and I genuinely don’t know what to do with myself. The writing, the atmosphere, the characters, THAT ENDING?! I’m emotionally destroyed.

This beautiful, haunting queer YA horror novel has officially earned its place in my Top 3 books of all time. I don’t think I’ll be recovering from this one anytime soon. 🥹

If you love dark academia, gothic horror, queer romance, psychological horror, and books that absolutely shatter your heart, you NEED to add this to your TBR.

Question for my fellow bookworms: What’s the last book that left you emotionally devastated? I need to know I’m not alone. 😂🖤

Had a dream last night that The Winds of Winter was finally announced, and it inspired me to take on this challenge! 🤣

George R. R. Martin, I love you! This is all just a bit of fun! 🤣🙏🏻
