My educación no se hubiera podido realizar sin su ayuda y constante cariño 🇲🇽As my journey at UTA comes to an end, I am proud to say there’s a reason why God does everything at a specific time and at a specific place. I still remember accepting my decision 3 years ago on FaceTime with my best friends, and I can truly say the journey was better than I could have ever imagined. Although there has been ups and downs, I have had one of the best support systems imagine-able. My family, friends, co-workers, sisters and many more faces that have paved my UTA journey. As a first generation, leaving home and what is familiar isn’t easy and there’s always a part you leave behind to become a new version of yourself, but the reward shows you how to balance both. I always emphasize growth and having a growth mindset, and cannot wait to continue to learn how to become a better version of myself everyday, just now with another degree added! Thank you God for guiding me on this journey and may you guide me through the next. Thank you to my mom and dad who have not once made me feel anything less than loved and cared for through every second. Thank you to my family for being there every weekend I went home, taking me out, checking in, and just listening. Thank you to my friends, my sweet souls who God knew I deeply needed, you guys truly carried me through everything. I am made up of those around me and a reflection of the love I have received.
