He is truly with you and ready to meet you where you are, please stop trying to run. 🤲🏾
He loves you wayyyyy more than you can ever think of preserving your self.

Please don’t elongate what shouldn’t be as long.
Please sit still.

This workshop was simply anchored by God.
It happened, we did it and it was MARVELOUS, IMPACTFUL and BETTER than expected.

Manage your energy.
Brutally focus on things that TRULY move the needle.
Stop reacting to everything. You loose more than you will ever realize.
Find silence. Curate your consumption brutally.

It’s such a cocktail of feelings watching yourself level up in real time.

And I’m not even talking about “level up” in the “Instagram cool caption” way... I really mean watching yourself pass major life tests and move forward.

It’s refreshing BUT uncomfortable, because you’re watching yourself pass a test in real time, you know what you decide right there and there decides whether you remain in that class of life or you move forward into the next.

It’s then soooo refreshing watching yourself pass it regardless of how hard and uncomfortable it was... by @alexiaisart

Contracts are acts of love. Yes, I said it.
I know we’ve learnt to see look at contracts through a cynical lens, as legal armor (they are), we’ve learnt to see them as a sign of distrust but hey! When it comes to business with family and friends, IT IS AN ACT OF LOVE TO PUT A CONTRACT in place.

It is one the highest forms of honor you can give to relationship you are about to do business with.
I respect you and love you enough to protect what can be at stake here, our friendship, our relationship.

Structure (in this case, a contract) is what gives you the fluidity to still be friends or cordial in a professional context.

A contract protects BOTH OF YOU from human flaws, someone’s indiscipline, greed, avoidant nature, disrespect, dishonesty. It protects both of you.
It keeps both of you grounded enough to do the work and still keep your relationship.

So yes I honor you enough to put structure in place.
So yes I love you enough to send you a contract.

And if you’re worried about how it might look cold, I understand, the uncomfortable part is sending the contract. But you better. Because that is what will keep both of grounded.

I value my relationships so yes I protect it. I learnt the hard way the one time I shyed away from it, because the very thing I was avoiding still happened. The way I was trying to “protect” us by not making the other person feel uncomfortable didn’t work. The relationship still did not stand. Of course. It crumbled because there was no structure to keep us.

The ones who will truly hold their ends will not be threatened by a good contract. The ones who understand the place of structure in a partnership will not be offended by a contract.

If you shy away from it because you feel it might look somehow, wait and see how the relationship will look after the business.

And you’re not only protecting yourself from the other person, you are protecting the other person from yourself too, your bad habits, familiarity, flaws..

When the situation requires, send that contract🫵🏽
Or you will find out why in the first place we have contracts.

If you truly value the relationship, you should protect it.

Equity doesn’t look like it did 20 years ago.

If your business relies entirely on a platform algorithm, you aren’t a business owner, you’re a renter. And as we’ve seen, the landlord can change the rules whenever they want.

The most successful creators in 2026 are moving to private infrastructure. They are building newsletters, private communities, and proprietary IP. They are trading the “like” button for assets.

It’s time to stop chasing reach and start building sovereignty.

Are you building equity, or just feeding the machine?

We are moving past the era of the “content creator” and into the era of the “sovereign creator.”

If you want to be here in 20 years, you have to stop playing for the feed. You have to start playing for the exit.
