Hubbard Street Dance On! 2026 :)

I can’t begin to express how much I loved this program. The warmth, kindness, and genuine support was so refreshing to experience, and I am so thankful to Hubbard Street for creating a program like this. I haven’t danced in an intensive in a while, and I am just in awe of every human I shared the space with. Big thanks to all the instructors for pouring their energy and support into our group and for leading with intention.

HOT LUNCH

Nationals ‘26

Much more posting of this/ some work that I have made in the past couple of years soon. Forgot this account was to document my process in a casual way.

This whole process from start to finish was 2.5 weeks. Choreographing, setting, cleaning- the whole nine yards. Grateful for my assistants and for all that took a look at it! First of hopefully many Nationals group numbers to come :)

Fame has a special place in my heart as Dean Pitchford (songwriter for “Fame” and writer of “Footloose” ) has given me invaluable advice as a creative in this world.

Published for the first time back in January! Just getting around to posting about it.

Here are some excerpts of my @voyagelamag interview, the link to the full article is in my bio :). Revisiting parts of my career (especially the beginning) has really allowed me to feel the gratitude of being in the position I am in. It also reminded me of my “why”, and the motivations I had while I was still a pre- professional student.

Wearing many hats and exercising my skills is a privilege I do not take lightly. Every commission, student, and family who allows me to impart my knowledge gives me the opportunity to connect back to the community I grew from. It also connects me back to one of my purposes: helping students realize their potential and help prepare them in pursuit of their creative goals.

Community. Collaboration. Connection. Care. Artistry.

These are the pillars that I lead with.

I got really emotional while reflecting, and in the state of our world- have returned back to questioning my purpose many times. There is nothing more fulfilling than guiding my students, making a positive impact, and connecting with others through movement & art. I try my best.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: This class will include a warm up, short combination, optional filming for groups and an audition advice session. This is NOT a mock audition. Audition advice will range from feedback pertaining to the choreography as well as a discussion at the end of class. Mindset is so important in ANY audition, and I will be providing helpful tips to combat the overwhelm that comes with convention auditions, college dance auditions and professional dance jobs.
