oh my sweet angel boy. fourteen years will never be enough for a soul as pure as yours. you’ve been right by my side since my senior year of high school. you were there for every single high and the absolute lowest of lows. you hated kisses, but you’d quite literally smother me with cuddles when i needed them the most- during every single heartbreak, every single loss. my most loyal friend. my fiercest protector. the one who woke me up in the middle of the night to let me know there was a carbon monoxide leak. the one who could barely walk, but immediately put himself between me & the large drunk man stumbling toward me. the one who was given 3 to 6 months to live but kicked cancer’s ass for two years because he knew i wasn’t ready to say goodbye. Tyson, the best thing to ever come from the streets of Paterson. my soul dog. i hope heaven has all the seaweed to snack on, a million hockey rinks to run on, and the best ponds to explore. my bed’s too empty without you. i will love you forever, my chunky boy. thank you for saving me 🐶🤍 by @alexisthomas

From DMs to the aisle, Melly, it has been an honor standing by your side as your love story unfolded - even if that meant tying your shoes while in a sweaty, ripped dress🤪. You two are the epitome of divine alignment, and I am blessed to witness it firsthand. I love you both endlessly. Erik, now you are officially stuck with me too. Sorry bud.
