For a long time, I thought healing meant fixing everything.

Every flaw.

Every insecurity.

Every uncomfortable part of myself.

But eventually I started wondering:

What if healing isn’t about becoming someone else?

What if it’s about ending the war with who you think you need to be?

A lot changes when you stop treating yourself like a problem that needs to be solved. by @alexkiphere

One of my favorite projects to date.

Webby Nominated for “Best Branded Video!” 🏆 Proud of this incredible team!

Acting has taught me more about presence, communication, and human behavior than almost anything else I've studied.

It's one of the experiences that continues to shape how I approach leadership, facilitation, and helping people become who they ask others to be.

Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible.

It’s strange how many of us spend our lives looking for ourselves...

As if the real us disappeared somewhere along the way.

But maybe becoming yourself was never about finding someone new.

Maybe it’s about coming back to the parts of you that have been waiting patiently underneath the fear, the people pleasing, and the expectations.

Maybe you’ve been there all along. by @alexkiphere

Clark’s first day on the job. Already found a cutie. 🦸🏻‍♂️ #halloween by @alexkiphere

One of my favorite things about acting is that sometimes being completely ridiculous is literally part of the job. 😂

Such a fun day on set with this crew. More days like this, please! by @alexkiphere

We love to swoop in and try to fix everything for the people we care about.

But most people don’t need saving.

They need someone they can feel safe with.

That’s a different kind of love. by @alexkiphere

For all my people pleasers out there 🙋🏻‍♂️

Saying no can actually feel pretty damn good 😄

Not because you don’t care about other people.

Because you’re finally listening to yourself. by @alexkiphere

This micro-short film lived in my head for a while - grateful to this INCREDIBLE team for bringing it out! ✍️🎬 Dropping soon! 🔥 #BTS #actorslife #filmmaking

You don’t need to feel fearless.
You just need enough courage to move. by @alexkiphere

If something keeps coming back to you...

You haven’t missed it.

It’s there because it’s still yours to listen to.

You don’t have to have it all figured out yet.

Just keep following the call. by @alexkiphere
