Oh Italy 🇮🇹 you were truly magical! Starting in Venice to be part of the Vogalonga 50th anniversary with my Red Dragons Miami 🚣‍♂️ family was definitely the right way to start the trip. Then taking the train 🚆 to Rome, Florence and Milan was so amazing to be able to walk along the history of such incredible place. Yes! I will definitely be back! What a weekend! Dolphins Cancer Challenge done ✅ running the 5K. My beautiful friend @michelehuha got married!!! Could not be more happy for you and Shane!. Sunday I ran the 305 Half Marathon with the legend @blindtriphysiomichael and another legend @tinchopombo 🏃🏃🏽🏃🏽‍♂️Thank you @nirvana.project for the amazing work you do to include all athletes in events like this 🙏. Great to see so many friends out there, the running community is just amazing 👏. Thank you @_its_cc__ for the cheer when we needed the most, thank you for all the cheering along the way. Fifty-one years old today and I don’t have enough words to express how grateful and blessed l am.
Thank you Lord 🙏 for giving me another year with great health and so many friends and family that love me and make me feel special 🤗
I’m making one dream come true at a time, and doing my part in all the things that I care about and are important to me 🪸

Pink is for Breast Cancer Awareness Month—October. Today, I wear pink to support the cause.
As I start my training for the DCC XVI | Feb. 28, 2026, I am officially opening my fundraising. This will be my sixth year participating in the Dolphins Cancer Challenge and my fifth year riding 100 miles.
Unfortunately, many of us have been touched by the horrible disease that is cancer, and this is my way of supporting the fight for a cure. All donations matter, no matter how small; every gift makes a difference and takes us closer to beating this disease.
