had such a blast these past three days @ohiostatedanceteam. Thank you to all the incredible artists who taught this week, the dance team, @mmcghee65, and everyone who contributed to creating such an amazing environment to dance in these three days. Last summer at Nationals I was given the opportunity to become an assistant for this season. It was something I had dreamed about for so many years. Looking back now I never could have imagined just how much this journey would change me. I will forever cherish every memory that I have made. This year was filled with unforgettable memories and lessons that made me a stronger and more confident dancer.

To my family @etarud15 @javiperez50 @cintarud @karyntarud @tanyatarud thank you for every mile you drove and every plane ride we’ve shared. Thank you for every competition weekend you supported and all the sacrifice you made along the way. Also @danceuniversewpb @tra_skinner @bigworldlittleisa None of this would have been possible without your effort and support and thank you for always believing in me. I am so blessed to have such amazing people by my side forever and always.

To @brahamlogancrane @artistssimplyhuman and all the faculty @theballerina @sabphillip @azuki.u @hannahgossett__ @lisetteslife @mattjsmith_ @tovariswilson @maudiepooh @djsmartjr @juicykersten @islacalvin @amandabaezz @meoghanswainphotography thank you for believing in me and giving me this incredible opportunity. Thank you for trusting me to be part of something so special. This experience has opened so many doors, and I will always be grateful that you saw something in me.

To my ASH family and everyone I shared this journey with I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without you. Thank you for every early morning, every late night, every inside joke, every laugh when we were exhausted, and every memory we created together. It’s crazy that just a year ago you were all strangers to me and me to you. But now, I have made life long friends with such an amazing group of people who I will forever love with my whole heart. I’ll miss seeing your faces almost every weekend more than you’ll ever know and I couldn’t have wished for better people to spend this season with.

As bittersweet as it is to close this chapter I know it isn’t really the end. Thank you to everyone who made this year unforgettable. My heart is so fulland I will cherish these memories forever. ❤️❤️ taken in ARTISTS SIMPLY HUMAN by @alexpdance

Dancing this weekend with the @ohiostatedanceteam was so much fun and left me so inspired. I’m so thankful I got the chance to take class from amazing guest and alumni faculty, they were so talented and brought great energy. Getting to see the Ohio State dance team dance this weekend was a dream come true and amazing. Big thanks to @mmcghee65 , @_katiedevine_ ,and @p_bae_c for putting it all together and giving me such a great experience. I had a great time learning, dancing, and being surrounded by so much talent. Words can’t describe how incredibly grateful and beyond blessed I feel to have been given this amazing opportunity to assist at @artistssimplyhuman. Being chosen for this role means the world to me, and I truly don’t take it for granted. I can’t wait to work with all the amazing and inspiring faculty and grow through this process. Can’t wait to dance with these amazing and talented group of dancers that I already love so much! I want to thank my amazing studio @danceuniversewpb and teachers @bigworldlittleisa @tra_skinner @charlotteelizabethcb for shaping me into the dancer and person I am today, and for constantly pushing me to grow. Thank you @faith.sherwood.dancer._ @dancer.allyson.reuter @sissyjoeyandme for guiding, encouraging, and cheering me on. I’m so thankful for my family’s endless support, love, and encouragement every step of the way. Had the best time with my team at @artistssimplyhuman this past weekend with my @danceuniversewpb family! Classes were AMAZING!! Grateful for being awarded Apprentice, receiving a Judge’s pick for my solo “The Forgotten Journey” and Standout Routine for “My Wish” duet with @ellagraceesquivel both choreographed by @choreo.by.isa. Loved performing “Betrayal” choreographed by @tra_skinner. 💙💙💙💙💙 by @alexpdance
