Someone stop me from listening on repeat - it's killing me. No, don't do that, it's only been an hour, or maybe two. I'm loving it. Besotted actually. Especially the chorus. This is what you wanted. I fall into hell, with open arms. Omg. #nbthieves #nothingbutthieves #manmadesunshine #straydogs by @alextimeisup

Rip my heart right out of my chest, throw it on the floor, then stab it a dozen times. Exquisite. Thank you ❤️

"Now the earth,
It turns so slow."

Looks like it turned around another full cycle. 🌍 Happy birthday to the best lyricist ever, the calm voice of reason, @nbtjoe 🎆

US VP Kamala Harris in her concession speech. Fundamental rights and freedoms belong to everyone, not just those who have traditionally held power and privilege.

Murdoch, Musk and the other billionaires buy media outlets - Twitter, The Sun, the Daily Mail etc - specifically to push stories that stoke division and influence voting in a way that ultimately benefits their wealth. Then they sit back and watch 😔 by @alextimeisup

Hot music,
For a hot day,
In the UK 😏

🏳️‍🌈 Fun fact - the actual "Sleaze Ball" was/is a near-legendary dance party originating in 1980's Sydney, linked with the city's LGBT+ Mardi Gras 🏳️‍🌈

#MoralPanic (track) still on repeat 🔁 this week. Didn't understand - for a long while it was a skip because it'll always be linked inside me to that time in the pandemic 😞 But now I think I know why. So I guess it's thanks again, #nbthieves for unburying my stuff 🙏 💛 (...Visited the hospital today where I worked up to 2022. The large wooden extension to the morgue's still there. It was built hurriedly in March 2022 in expectation of excess deaths. None of those who lost their lives have a voice or a formal memorial. Where they lived, hoped and breathed, there's just a gaping absence and a wooden morgue extension 😔) #nothingbutthieves by @alextimeisup

Moral Panic (track) on repeat - rescuing me after a grim day 🙏 Sometimes it feels transcendental. Maybe it's because Conor's vocal is from another world.
