Words are magical & powerful, they shape us through growth, and sometimes they tear us apart 😵‍💫. Sometimes a simple "you can do it" goes a long way. 😊

I GRADUATED! [SWIPE] It was a good WILD ride 😆 it was such an experience! I’m grateful to have met a lot of amazing people and learnt so much! About myself, my strengths and weaknesses which was such an eye opener 👁️ I'm so thankful for the encouragement I’ve gotten from close friends and family…when I was overwhelmed (you know who you are 🫶😄)

Also, finally learnt photoshop, illustrator, indesign and animation, which was the ultimate goal of this new journey. Here’s to experimenting more and seeing where it takes me…experiment has always been my mantra and is my word of the year ~ ✿♡

There are times when you want to make something unique and you put pressure on yourself to make it extraordinary immediately. 👀 You forget that the first thing you need to do is to make it exist first. So, don’t worry about how it looks initially. 😊 Just make first and make it good later.

To procrastinate or not to procrastinate? It has been a hot minute since I updated Project Sprite (my fantasy novel in verse) Haha…yeah, funny story, I haven't actually written anything in A YEAR...and it is driving me insane. In the midst of working, I suddenly will be thinking: ‘I should be writing…' I should at least make progress’ but that doesn’t happen. I’ve come to realise that i have lost motivation to finish my novel. And that scares me.

Dear you, don’t self sabotage just ‘cause you don’t think you’re good enough for that lit magazine, for that lit agent, for that scholarship, for whatever you want. You are magic. You are fire. You got this and you’re going to be fine. Because when you keep pushing through, timing will bless you with presents in your present 😁

A little reminder to everyone including me 😅
