One of the things I find amazing about our bodies is how well they communicate with us, even though their language may sound foreign at first.
When I get a headache now, the first thing I do is slow down.
Then I lie down flat on the floor and think about what brought me here. Was it the neverending list of unfinished tasks? The decision fatigue of what's most important and must be done? Was it all the new ideas swimming around in my already crammed head?
Probably all of it.
So I let go for a moment.
I start intuitively moving my body, attempting to release some tension from the neck and shoulders.
I listen to what my body needs.

Getting out of the house with all of my little humans is not easy. But staying home with them isn't either 🙈 So we try and get out whenever we can, especially with the weather this good! ☀️ Obviously these are the highlights, there nearly always are tears somewhere in the background, some drama over the wrong type of ice cream and me losing my cool because wtf 😵‍💫 We try to make the most of it all though and look for the glimmers ✨
