There are 8 days left to bid in The Stage Designers and Artists Auction for Gaza 2026! The auction is back for a second year in a row with even more extraordinary artworks, costume drawings, ceramics, puppets, photographs and model pieces up for grabs than before. All proceeds from the auction go towards supporting families with young children and babies in Gaza through the work of @gazaformulafund an incredible grassroots organisation set up by my long-time hero Georgia Lowe and her Gaza-based charity partner Izziddeen. @gazaformulafund source and distribute emergency supplies - including baby formula, nappies, clean drinking water, food parcels, medical supplies, and blankets - directly to families affected by the devastating ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza. This year I’ve donated 1 x A3 hand painted Palestinian flag with four painters busy at work 🇵🇸 and if you like the auction poster, there is also 1 x fluorescent pink heart with a female painter in the auction as well. Both artworks come in box frames. Please take a moment to check out this phenomenal gathering of artists and their work, and get bidding! Link in bio ❤️💚🤍🖤 NB. Gaza Formula Fund is an emergency relief campaign operated in partnership with the UK-registered charity Small Steps Project (Charity Registration No. 1137443) #gazaformulafund #freegaza by @alexxberry

Intimate Apparel (or an education in corsets) by @lynnnottage directed by @lynettelinton1 @donmarwarehouse One of my favourite things about working in theatre is getting to watch someone make something I could never make. To see our corset makers at work building the corsets for Intimate Apparel was like watching this amazing mix of sculpture, architecture and geometry in action. It was such a privilege to have so much costume made for this show by all these amazing makers: Wendy Knowles Joanna close (who made Esther’s beautiful grey dress and wedding dress) Sally Payne Hanna Randall Jane Thomas Colquhuan Daisy Blower Our awesome costume team was headed up by my long term costume hero and barometer for Edwardian-ness @lorbag alongside the Donmar’s brilliant (and delightful) wardrobe team @amyjesk and @molly_lueck who supported the show in so many ways - teaching the cast how to handle a corset, how to sew on an old 1900s treadle sewing machine and concocting magic onstage corset reveals. And our amazing stage management team @anna_sheard Jamie Craker Sarah Lyndon @boterino_luquinho and props supervisor @katiebalmforth89 who sourced so much beautiful fabric and created this huge meticulous master plot so that every scrap of fabric, half finished camisole or heartbreaking smoking jacket made it’s way onto stage at just the right moment. #costume #costumedesign #intimateapparel #corset #lynnnottage by @alexxberry
Model box and moodboards for INTIMATE APPAREL @donmarwarehouse Written by @lynnnottage Directed by @lynettelinton1 A dream to get to work at @donmarwarehouse (a gigantic thank you to @lynettelinton1 for sneaking me in) with such a talented and generous team. And on this huge, intricate puzzle of a play with its masterfully woven storylines, fabrics and threads. I think it’s fair to say we worked it out together 🧵 Our beautiful model made by these incredible pairs of hands @roisin.sarah @victoriamaytom_design @greta.die @donmarwarehouse #intimateapparel #setdesign #modelmaking #scenography by @alexxberry
