Cooking & curating is my love language, even on my days off 🥰

This was how it all started ten years ago. Around the table. Summer dinners. Good friends.

Having the best summer cooking and curating, traveling all over California, Mexico and Texas doing what I love.

For the love of the table & summer abundance 🌼.

An evening of gathering, slowing down, and sharing a beautiful meal together as we celebrated the launch of @mesamarketshop at the sweetest little space, @plantedbyroam.

Good food has a way of bringing people together, and this table was a reminder that the best moments are the ones shared.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. Here’s to more community, more abundance, and many more tables like this. ✨

When people ask me where I see myself in 5–10 years, I always come back to the same thing… in nature, making pretty food, hosting, rescuing animals and living off the land.

AL FRESKO was never meant to fit inside a box 🌿

It’s a farm. A sanctuary. My own little finka in Mexico, a place I open to friends, family, and travelers who want to experience the beauty, culture, and magic of the other side of Mexico.

As a child, I dreamed of having my own shop… and six years ago, I made that dream a reality. I thought that was my forever.

But I’ve learned that as we grow, our dreams are allowed to grow with us. The vision can evolve. The path can change. And the next chapter can be even bigger than what we once imagined.

So what if we dreamed bigger?
What if we stopped putting limits on what’s possible?
What if we truly went after the things that light us up?

I believe the world would be a better place if more of us had the courage to chase the dreams we were given. ✨

The next chapter of AL FRESKO is just beginning 🌿

I had the best weekend in San Diego creating magic and cant wait to host more dinners with @mesamarketshop & @sean__mccart and look forward to more weddings and events this year.

Im so happy to have my magic back 🥰. by @alfreskoexperience
