- George Eliot

"Delicious autumn! My very soul is wedded to it, and if I were a bird I would fly about the earth seeking the successive autumns."

One of the little secrets of our Cutuleta a la Milanesa lies in the coating: we add coarsely crushed breadsticks to the breadcrumbs.
We don’t grind them into a fine powder. Instead, we leave small, irregular pieces that create an extra crispy and golden coating during cooking, while keeping the meat tender and juicy.

Our Riso e Latte is always on the menu.
What does change, however, are the ingredients that accompany it, following the rhythm of the seasons and what nature has to offer.
Because even a traditional recipe can evolve while keeping its soul intact and allowing each season to bring its own aromas, colors, and flavors.

Come scriveva M.F.K. Fisher:

Eating together is about so much more than sharing a meal.
It means sitting at the same table, talking about the day, laughing, listening, and letting time slow down for a little while.
As M.F.K. Fisher wrote:
"Sharing food with another human being is an intimate act."
