In honor of valentine's day, time to post the sappiest post ever.

I've always felt seen in this program and I've always felt like I had a place to keep me occupied and happy on the days it was hard to get out of bed. But this year, it felt as if i belonged somewhere special and I was an important part of it. I began to realize everyone on this team was an irreplaceable human being, both on and off the mat too. But most importantly I realized this team had something no other teams had- a connection so strong there isnt a word for it.

Thank you to this wonderful team who helped me realize that even on the dark days of grief, sickness or even depression ill always have a support system by my side. Thank you to the seniors that taught me how to be a leader and a listener while always having my back. Thank you to my wonderful coaches this year who helped me realize that you can still have fun even in serious times, and how cheer can fill the holes that ache.

Although I am not graduating this year, it feels like im leaving behind something incomparable to anything else. Something that is too hard to explain to anyone who asks. We did win a national title this year, making history in the cheerleading world, but that is not the reason its my favorite. This team has left a mark on my heart forever and ever and I'll l never be able to explain the impact its created in words.🐞
