POSTS STORIES REELS

What a crazy year 2024 was! A lot of things happened that changed the course of my life to some extent.

-My book was published in collaboration with PSO.
-My Instagram came back to life with the picture I have posted as a cover.
-I jumped into videography properly and now am working on multiple projects.
- Had our second baby, Muhammad, that changed a lot of things in our lives :)
- Decided to move to Islamabad for the better.

Above all, 2024 strengthened my faith in Allah SWT and His plans for us. I never expected any of these things to happen when the year started and everything worked out so perfectly and systematically Alhamdulillah!

Swipe to see Skardu through my lens.

Personally I like Skardu more during autumn because It’s like moving around in a live painting but if you visit in summer you can also add Deosai to your itinerary which is a major attraction in my opinion. After the reconstruction of Jaglot-Skardu road it has become much easier to access it on any vehicle. If you love driving in mountains and want to cover more scenic places in one trip, Skardu is a safe bet. You can add Shigar and Ghanche in your itinerary as well.

These pictures were taken during different trips in 2016, 2019 and 2023.

Minimarg - a piece of heaven on earth.

10 years of travelling across Pakistan and Minimarg still tops the chart for me. There’s no place as beautiful as this side of Gilgit Baltistan. If it hasn’t made it to your bucket list then i hope this post motivates you to add it too. It’s worth visiting at-least once in lifetime and if you do, please respect its raw beauty and don’t litter or disturb the local community with loud music.

GhancheXAutumn

Autumn is beautiful all over Gilgit Baltistan but Ghanche’s autumn is something else. The beauty you can see with your own eyes is impossible to capture through any camera. What you see in these pictures doesn’t convey exactly what I experienced myself but it can give you some idea.

AutumnXSkardu

The time when Skardu’s beauty multiplies tenfold, is here. If you haven’t been to Skardu in autumn but want to go there, now is the time. Pack your bags and book your ticket before the colours fade :)

Photographers’ favourite season is loading…

The last week of October and the first week of November is the ideal time to experience Fall colors in Gilgit Baltistan, start planning and be ready to be awestruck if you haven’t experienced it before.

Pictures above were shot in different areas of Skardu, Ghanche, Shigar and Hunza.

Broghil through my lens.

A landscape so diverse and beautiful that you forget everything about the difficult journey it took to reach here. A place straight from a landscape photographer’s dream. Someday I’m going to return this land to explore it properly.

Pictures were taken in August, 2020.
