We have finished up with our second @f45_training X @activeescapes retreat in the Maldives and once again it was incredible. It is always such a highlight to witness people getting out of their comfort zones and trying things they thought they could never do.
I honestly can’t recommend the Maldives festival enough. If you are interested DM me as we have a date locked in for next year already.

We’re excited to announce The Athlete’s Foot Family Run on 17.10.2026

A run for the whole family. Walk, jog or run your way around the 1km loop and see how many fun laps you can rack up in one hour.

A wristband for every lap
Finisher medal for all kids under 16
All ages and abilities welcome
Prams and strollers welcome

And it’s not just a run.

You’ll be right in the middle of the Runderlust festival, with live music, DJs, food, drinks and plenty happening throughout the day.

AE Lost in Paradise in the Mentawai was one of a kind at @aloita_resort. Lots of new activities like a Jungle Treck and Paddle Board Tour in the mangroves along side all the favourite @activeescapes workouts and yoga in an incredible location. This trip was designed to be a lot more chilled out with more free time and lots of places to relax and reset. Feeling re charged and ready for what’s to come next!

Finishing up the AE Festival with a full heart and so much gratitude for the incredible people we get to spend it all with.
Biggest thank you to the heart and soul of @activeescapes @zannaconlan, it’s incredible seeing how far AE has come from way back 11 years ago and look at it now!! It’s all because of you! ❤️

And huge thank you to the team that brings the AE spirit alive @jansenandreau @nathan_ryles @peterday__ @zachatlarge @kirstyhendey @annielonglife it wouldn’t be the same without you, you guys inspire me daily.
