Here I stand, at the top of the tallest of them all. Where the sun was said to be. Only inches away from its warmth, but I halt. For what lies beyond its magnetizing rays. What will I do if there's nothing beyond. I've had no time for thoughts, but maybe that's how time should be spent. Maybe we should be blinded by the light. Like flies mindlessly flying forwards the light until the end of their pointless life. by @ali_fishies

I return to the fast-paced. Reminding me of the people. Gone to the sun-kissed mountains. Moved on and walked through the pain, while I've let myself be consumed by the gleaming depths.

I return to the familiar. My home. The place where I belong. Comforted by its lashing waves. Pulling the sandgrains back again. For how long, I cannot tell. by @ali_fishies

I wish to be engulfed by the ocean. Embrace its current. Dragged down to its abyssal depths. Wrapped in its luscious kelp. Isolated, in a place where life can halt.

Like bubbles, my worries float away. Finally able to exist in silence, but not for very long. For as long as i`m tied to these buoys will my worries float away like bubbles of air. Forcing me to once again confront the surface. by @ali_fishies

Drawing from today’s boat ride 🛥🏞. The Notes app is kinda awful for drawing, but I actually love all the limitations. I can’t really zoom in, use layers, or erase parts of lines, but that forces me to be creative and not too precious with it. I found out I can sort of remove the sketch layer by filling the whole picture in with the highlighter brush in the same colour. You can kind of see it in the drawing—I wanted to add some colours, and it kinda gives the drawing a bit more life in a weird way by @ali_fishies
