Morning mindset routine begins, just missing the peppermint tea.
Have you created a habit to start your day off right ?

One of the biggest reasons I cut back on social media and technology was because I realised just how much of myself I’d lost along the way.

Don’t get me wrong, social media has its place, especially when you’re running a business.

But I was spending far too much time looking at what everyone else was doing instead of getting on with what I wanted to do.

Going back to corporate, continuing to build Jadora and focusing on bringing women together through my retreats has reminded me that I don’t need to follow someone else’s idea of success.

And neither do you!

You do you.

Have you ever found yourself getting caught up in what everyone else is doing? by @ali_plaster

Since I have got into the coaching industry, I find it extremely annoying that we put so much pressure on ourselves every January?

Going into Quarter one! New year new me, setting our new goals (that never last as we are not setting them when we are ready)

Still not fully recovered from
Xmas, finance is low as we get paid weeks earlier( which is supposed to help us) instead we have a 6 week countdown to our next pay day 😂

Then of course some of us rush into starting new businesses because we need the extra cash but we don’t really do well at this, cause we rushed and not did not do our research… shall I go on 😂😂😂❤️

NEWS FLASH 🌟
You don’t have to have everything worked out by 1 January.

This year my motivation for 2026 did NOT happen in January , it happened in April… and that is fine!

Because of this And due to the feedback that I have had, this is exactly why my next ladies day retreat is called 💖YOU DO YOU💖
Sunday 31 January in Long Ashton. A day to get out of the January slump and focus on yourself for a change, and set your own timings for things you want to focus on when you are READY TO FULLY FOCUS ON THEM! 🌟🌟🌟

If the thing stopping you is that you’d be coming on your own, please don’t let that be the reason. You will be so welcome.

If you’ve got a question, just reply here. You don’t have to commit to anything come and have a chat with me. by @ali_plaster

Do you count the days down to Friday? But over the weekend on your days off work, you are still checking work emails etc… stop ✋🏻 start living your life, not just for the weekend , but on holiday and after work as well!!! By having that quick check of a work email or chat… is a cause of burnout. SLOW DOWN! Enjoy that time off work , and also time off work doesn’t mean doom scrolling on your phone! That also contributes to burnout!
Start planning small things in your calendar and watch how better you will start to feel.
I talk more about slow living in the Ladies day , October retreat . DM for more info! by @ali_plaster

Your September reset doesn’t need a new planner, a 5am routine or 20 new goals. Pick ONE thing and do it. by @ali_plaster

Not everything in business needs an app 😂

I’m bringing back some of the old-school ways of working, less screen time, more real connection and keeping things simple.

Sometimes the old ways really are the best 🙌🏻

In my day retreat in October of will be discussing more about digital detox,
DM me Detox for more info

Which one would you bring back?
