300 hours later… and a lifetime opened.

Yandara didn’t just teach me yoga — it transformed the way I breathe, feel, listen, and live. Through every sunrise practice, every challenge, every moment of surrender, I met parts of myself I didn’t know were waiting.

This journey asked for presence, patience, and truth… and gave me back connection, strength, and love.

Grateful for the teachers @yandarayoga , the souls I shared this space with , and the magic that held us all.

I leave not as someone who finished something, but as someone who just began.

From the mat… to life. 🤍
