Learning is a continuous journey, and knowledge is meant to be shared. 🧠

I recently completed the **Be There Certificate**, a free online mental health training developed by Jack.org in collaboration with the Born This Way Foundation.

The training introduces five Golden Rules to help recognize when someone may be struggling with their mental health and how to offer safe, meaningful, and effective support.

As a Clinical and Health Psychologist and researcher, I strongly believe in continuous learning, regardless of our academic qualifications or professional experience. There is always something new to discover, reinforce, or reflect upon.

**I particularly encourage students in psychology, healthcare, education, social work, and anyone studying or working in a field that involves human interaction to explore this training.**

It's free, accessible, and an opportunity to enrich your knowledge and develop practical skills that can be valuable both professionally and personally.

After all, mental health awareness shouldn't be limited to mental health professionals. Knowing how to recognize distress, listen without judgment, and guide someone toward appropriate support can make a meaningful difference.

Education becomes even more valuable when we share opportunities to learn.

Certain things in life are truly beautiful, and one of them is the love and trust we share with our siblings.

Having siblings whom I can also call my friends is a blessing I will never take for granted. It's something I've always valued and consciously worked to build: a relationship where love, friendship, trust, and the certainty that we will always be there for one another coexist.

There was a beautiful moments this summer that I'm sharing here, my brother and I encouraged our younger sister to follow us into a waterfall cave, somewhere she would probably never have dared to go on her own. We simply told her to trust us, that we would help her if anything happened. And she did. She trusted us, followed us, and genuinely enjoyed every moment of the experience.

It might seem like a small thing, but to me, it meant so much more. It was a reminder that she feels safe with us, that she knows she can count on us, and that our bond is strong enough to give her the courage to experience something beyond her comfort zone.

I've always wanted this kind of relationship with my siblings. Not just to be connected by blood, but to be friends, to share adventures, to protect one another, and to create memories that will stay with us for a lifetime.

And watching her trust us so naturally, without hesitation, gave me a beautiful feeling of accomplishment.

Because sometimes, the greatest achievements in life aren't measured by what we accomplish for ourselves, but by the love, trust, and relationships we manage to build along the way.

And in that little moment, surrounded by the beauty of nature, I couldn't help but think: mission accomplished. ❤️

One of the most beautiful places I discovered in Greece while traveling this summer: Polylimnio Waterfalls, in Messinia. 🇬🇷🌿

Poem ✍🏾

I wish summer could last longer.
Someone’s wish can make another wonder.
The peace I wish could last,
the peace that I have,
someone else has just lost.

In life,
in love,
in living,
in nature,
in wondering,
in summers,
in memories,
in water,
in birds

there are things I wish
could last longer.

Navagio Beach is often called one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. 🇬🇷💙

And honestly,it’s easy to understand why.

Hidden between massive limestone cliffs, with unbelievably turquoise water, a white shoreline and the famous shipwreck sitting right in the middle, Navagio has become one of the most iconic images of Greece.

But here’s something videos don’t always show you 👀

Your view of the shipwreck depends on where you stop. From the first viewpoint, you may only see part of the ship — which is why some videos make it look like half of the wreck has disappeared.

Keep walking toward the panoramic viewpoint, though, and the perspective changes completely.

Same beach. Same shipwreck. Different angle.

So before believing a 10-second video sometimes you just need to change your point of view. 😉

The famous Shipwreck Viewpoint in Zakynthos 🇬🇷🌊

The view is absolutely beautiful, but here are a few things to know before you go: Go early! It gets very crowded, and there’s quite a walk to reach the viewpoint.

And yes, the fence is there. 😂 If you’re seeing recent Instagram photos without it, don’t expect to arrive and find the viewpoint like that. And if you’re short like me… good luck trying to see over it. 😂

One important tip: if you’re also planning a boat trip to see Shipwreck Beach, don’t leave it for the last days of your holiday. Ours was cancelled because the weather suddenly became windy, and it rained the next day, so we never got another chance.

Beautiful place, just plan it wisely. 💙

Hero’s Cave in Zakynthos is such a beautiful place, and it was honestly a shame that we didn’t get to spend much time inside during our trip.

I might actually end up going back to Zakynthos just to rent a boat and spend more time there—exploring the caves, swimming, and simply enjoying all that beauty. 💙🌊

And the water around there… absolutely unreal. So incredibly blue and crystal clear, unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Zakynthos, you might have just given me a reason to come back. 🇬🇷✨

"Baby o, where you dey go cause wahala?” 😏🤫

Greece is such a beautiful country, one that I fell in love with and have been lucky enough to call home for the past 5 years. 🇬🇷💙

I’m always happy to explore a new island whenever I get the opportunity, and Zakynthos has been such a beautiful experience. 🌊✨ Another little piece of Greece that I’m so glad I got to discover.

Don’t fool yourself 😁 I almost never post exactly where I am while I’m actually there. ( At least not on the day I arrive)😌
Yes, you’ll see my stories. Yes, I create my moments. But I create them for me first, and for those of same vibe 😉. It’s my social media, and I keep it exactly the way I want it.

While you’re watching the stories, I’m probably somewhere else already, enjoying my life and creating the next memories. 🌊☀️

And clearly… I’m still not ready to say goodbye to summer yet. 🧜🏽‍♀️✨

Sometimes, I’m just a woman who chooses to forget all the problems—big or small—and simply go around chasing sunsets. 🌅

And this one in Mykonos was, for sure, one of the magical ones. Is about living and not simple existing! ✨

A little bit of my trip to Mykonos 🇬🇷✨

And let me answer some of the questions I normally get asked:

Yes, anyone can come to Mykonos.
No, Mykonos is not as expensive as social media makes it seem.
And yes, there are A LOT of myths about Mykonos.

As someone who has lived in Greece for the past five years and traveled to many Greek islands, I’ve learned that the reality can be quite different from what we see online. So, if you’re planning a trip to Mykonos or you’re simply curious about the island, leave your questions in the comments. I’ll be happy to answer them! 🤍
