Walking through these forests on day 4 of the retreat was such an enjoyable experience. The mist, the rhododendrons, the passerbys and the beautiful villages. And every so often we would catch a glimpse the snow capped peaks looming above us.

Sure there were quite a few steps to climb,
but we all took it
one step, one breath
at a time.
