I was trying to distract myself from 'life' 3 years ago after a tough few years and I decided to attempt to learn some of my favourite music. I picked up a saxophone and never looked back. It has been a journey of self discovery. I'm still at the very beginning but one thing I have already found to be true...... Music truly is a source of great healing. 😊 🙏🏻 by @alice___rayner
