Move Mountains : A place beyond the gravity of this world.A whole environment through camera and sound; we surrendered to living and breathing the life all around us.Lila Collective is an invitation, radical and open.A living group of artists and facilitators rooted across the Mediterranean, offering spaces as a continuous research - personal and collective - into embodiment as a gateway to a new perception of the world and of ourselves.It’s about expanding the boundaries of physicality of what the body is and forging connections with the living world. A journey to the source of authenticity and creativity: embodying the spirit within us, transforming.The spaces of Lila Collective inspire hope in times of change. An opportunity to look into the essence and motivations of why we create collectively and alone and to remember that you can be lying on your back looking at the stars and feel happiness when life around you is shifting in every direction.So incredibly rare and so immeasurable are those people that ignite sparks in your heart and glows in the eyes, the kinds that shake up your soul and throw you back on your path. A place you didn’t think you were allowed or had forgotten entirely.. These are the bonds that propell you into the unknown with freedom to share light with everyone around you. Back from away still & continuing the dance of life.. (With that bit more inspiration) Bookings are open 📞😘 Happy working either side of lense.Some unshared snaps from the beautiful @marazul.clothing ❤️‍🔥⚡️It’s always a challenge integrating what you learn in other lands into the regular everyday life.But, worth the 360 development as a human and creative. My unique soul friend @agar.raga_ told me once and I think of it often “imagine you are exactly where you need to be right now, imagine that. Please don’t forget the person you are in this moment as you will look back on them so much more kindly than the lense you have now, I promise”. She is wise beyond her years.This is the second time I’ve taken months to do dance and train in an international arts space and slowly it’s becoming a practice I am integrating and feeding into my work here. When days start with jars of coffee, winding down lanes at fierce speed to @somersetciderbrandy. When you find yourself climbing either trees or @willemrh shoulders to turn an orchard from green apples to red. When you cram an entire art team into my tiny home in dorset to sleep short hours, or when you try to two time your job to catch lobster with your village whilst being on set on time before sunrise. When work is local, you know all the farmers around and try somehow to bring every person you can onto the job. When you lie in the grass with your mother @julia_colfox who is an extra as she wears a thick coat in the midday sun and her beautiful face tilts with humour with the satire of filmmaking.When you watch acrobats you met in a past life and it feels like yesterday, as they fly through trees for yet another take, in colours that have been dipped in pastel and drenched in style.When life feels like a story and all the characters on set remind you of someone you know. When this shoot day is the only day it has rained in 3 months. When @molly.hackney grins at you as she takes a call, elegnatly lost within a large crate of apples, a medic helps us out to pass the time and a quad bike with @elenaheatherwick glides past again. When you see the romance in filmmaking after time away from it, and watch a narrative unfold that reminds you of the detail and theatre of creating.When you cant wait to recount tales of what really happend to those two thosand apples from @parrettbrand to your restaurant colleagues at @101_bridport @hallifaxtom Thanks for bringing us onboard @molly.hackney @ffern.co it’s been a ride ❤️‍🔥Director @elenaheatherwickDirector and DOP @srafinneyPerformers @ockhamsrazoruk Choreographer @njohnstonda Art @willemrh @georgerobinsonhill @greenartdepartmentProduction design @molly.hackney Makeup @hebe_mkup Costume design @kirstyhallidayy by @alicecolfox
