Now I’m not saying relatable content discussing the challenges of motherhood isn’t helpful. It makes us feel seen and reminds us we aren’t alone. But I think it’s so important we make sure that we aren’t filling our heads with how hard it is. Because, we know motherhood CAN be hard but the most important message is that it is FULL to the brim with magic and most of us wouldn’t trade motherhood for anything. 💞

It’s important to remember two things can exist at the same time. Sure it’s overwhelming, but we are the luckiest people on the planet. It’s also pretty kickass to be a mumma. 🍀 don’t you agree?

September has always felt a bit like January and is the perfect time to re center, think about your goals and how to achieve them.
For me, this looks like giving myself grace and being mindful of the home I’m creating. My new journal from @theheadplan really helping me keep realistic and set myself small goals - it’s keeping me intentional and focussed. Obsessed with the positive messaging on their water bottle too - dermined to hit my hydration goals going into autumn/winter ☁️🤍💧
