I’m in my homemaking, homebaking, homegrowing era 🥖🍰

Here’s what I cooked from scratch for my family this week to avoid ultra processed foods.

I always like to prep some chicken bone broth for homemade soups and stews for the week.

I love finding healthier alternatives for snacks and breakfasts for the kids

How I recreate that cosy Sunday feeling on a random rainy day in October ☔️🍂

If you want to live with more presence and intention, create habits and routines that make you feel cosy and at peace.

For me that’s picking my homegrown vegetables, going for a autumnal walk in the crunchy leaves and being snug and a Sunday roast.

What habits and rituals are you doing for a slower life?

Did you know you can make your own manure at home?!

No need to ship tonnes of horse poo to your beds green manure can work as a great alternative.

🌱This is a widely available no edible crop you sow into your soil while the bed is dormant.

Benefits of green manure:
-enriches soil
-fixes soil type depending on what variety you get
- suppresses weeds
-supports pollinators

Let me know any questions you have and follow if you want to grow your own
