things i’ve been up to …. @af_nutrition approved breakfasts being at @ossiestudio solo rides the morning rush jogging admiring scotland i think pilates balls are everyone’s favourite both sides of me getting rebranded with @studiofoale quesadilla phase card pulling at yoga layering on the bike has begun sheltering from the storm knitting at my hair appointment with @hairbyloracarr at @ossiestudio new website finally and i cleared my whole work instagram account because I can’t keep up, we’re going manual with website and business cards petition for @node__coffee to come to our side of town pilates reset might be my new favorite class ?? come along if you’re having rest day from sport, want to reconnect with your body or just need some time slow down greenest grass I’ve seen all year @scotland the most beautiful day for make-up artists at @weledauk, everything they make is made with the harmony of the body and nature in mind, they produce all their own ingredients and have many ethical policy’s. I could have listened to them talk alllll day. I loved learning about how each ingredient mirrors needs for the skin and body it was so interesting I loved it great lighting in the club boots r back taken in York by @alicelindsa

although @ossiestudio is mainly a place for fitness and selfcare, everything we do comes from a place of creativity, craft, art and design. for example the handmade yoga bolsters we let ourselves soften onto in class, the logo which started from a drawing with pencil or the tiny intricate pieces of art that are crafted every day here on people’s nails. hosting art in the space is something I always had my heart set on, so it was an honour to be able to host my friend @bentzenkraft at the studio for her debut exhibition ‘we came whirling’ we’re keeping the paintings up for a little bit so please do come have a look. moving in class surrounded by these paintings really does feel special more weekends like this to come 💟 picking the flowers for the show @bentzenkraft setting up opening night gallery owner fit glam made keyrings featuring our new logo by @studiofoale salsa verde & butterbean ///balsamic and honey cherrys first guests 🫂 a moment really appreciating where we are the girls and the girls missed u n baby @walterkt ossie gals 💗 art loads of bubbles we did celebrate really well current teaching back drop i love the studio like this 💚 by @alicelindsa
