Same girl, different chapter. 💗

I wish I had appreciated my body more back then, but I'm learning to appreciate it now.

At 38, Im choosing my health, my strength, my happiness, and most importantly, myself.

This isn't just a physical transformation. Its a reminder that its never too late to show up for yourself 💫

Proud of how far I've come, and excited for what's ahead.

It all started with wanting to lose weight. One run turned into a challenge to see what I was capable of and how far I could push myself. But somewhere along the way, running became so much more than that. 🏃‍♀️
It became my peace, my escape, and a way to reconnect with myself. It helped quiet my mind when life felt loud and reminded me of the strength I didn’t know I had.
Looking back, I realize running came into my life at the perfect time. I started running to change my body, but along the way, I found a little more of myself. 🤍✨
