Q2 2024 showed me delight & surprise…I partnered with my chef bestie @ericeatsmx & team to bring 15 of the most gorgeous humans to #ValleDeGuadalupe for a wine tour & #MurderMystery party bday experience.

I continued the trip exploring and revisiting some of my favorite places in #Mexico alongside my favorite payasita @artsyevvv.

I then spent serious quality time w my besties and brother while I slowly started to say goodbye to a country I love.

I learned that one should never, convenient as it is may be, leave all of their passwords unlocked in a notes app and then forget their phone in an uber. The last location available being @tortas_al_fuego was gutting.

I experienced two new countries; #London & #Croatia celebrating our fav gal @lauren.eboyer in what might go down as the most iconic girls trips ever. Special S/O to Sexyy Redd and that lobster pasta I want to be served at my funeral by that specific chef

I cooked, read, wrote, hosted, explored, dined, created and designed. I took all these elements I love and found delight and some of my favorite surprises. It was a little confirmation that I don’t have to go very far to experience these feelings. It’s all right there for me.

I take forever to post bc every time I reflect back on photos I start to get a little nostalgic but above all else I just think, how lucky am I?

Q4 Report: descending an incredible year. Q4 gave me a great pause to just be. Be in my element traveling. Be with friends. Be with mi familia and my fav pooches in the world. This quarter also confirmed that I absolutely can have my cake and eat it too. I’ve been manifesting my little heart out so seeing it realized before me was a dream way to end this beautiful year.

Highlights from the Quarter:
1. Wearing my second design collab w @lizcamposmx for @womenintechorg in #Capetown
2. Watching @nomadnordy rock my new @dianaseb0ke cardigan at a #MexicoCity bowling alley
3. Breaking bread w new friends and enjoying the infamous breakfast sandwich from @breannaclaye
4. Running into my besties @artsyevvv @naaaaaaatasha_ and @bethckennedy on a Safari in #SouthAfrica
5. Dancing #Salsa in #CapeTown within 2 hours of landing
6. Meeting baby Ny in Denver and then spending the weekend with him again later in #LA for a weekend trip w Eb & Dells
7. Halloween in Denver and saving BK from a meltdown even tho she’s supposed to be managing me
8. Traveling to Dubai for work to successfully test a new product. I extended my trip and went to a dance festival where I met one of my fav bachata couples. I bought a lot of gold, rode a camel, and explored everything the universe brought my way.
9. Enjoying home for 8 weeks. I recovered from surgery and spent the holidays with the best “roomies” in the world. I love my parents. I PAUSED, read six books and sat with my dad while he watched msnbc. No one loves me like Mama Lydia so I just soaked up all the care and cuddled up with Beto, Mateo, and Morgan.

Q3 report: I feel like I’m cheating collaging photos but in these three months I woke up genuinely excited for every single day. I had a blast enjoying:
1. Seeing another wonder of the world, Machu Picchu
2. Hitting #summertimeChi twice- once for the fourth and secondly to assist my bestie in marrying the love of our life #SteamQueen
3. Visiting Toronto for the first time and taking Smear to see #Beyonce
4. Spending 48 hours in NYC having quality time w Annie introducing old and new franz to each other
5. Collaborating to creative direct three dress lewks w one of CDMXs most talented fashion designers
6. Modeling my first collection of these lewks in Miami. S/O LoLo bb for being the best photographer
7. Practicing something new and enjoying being a beginner
8. Showing an assortment of pics ft the CDMX gang, papi Romeo, my first international speech in Spanish gracias a #WomenInTech, LoLo at one of the most hilarious moments of her I’ve witnessed to date, the best silver shopping trip to Taxco w le girls, bridal shower clothing swap, reminding KWitt that payback indeed feels sweet and this cutie bb from Cuzco, Peru
9. The most magnificent sculptures I’ve ever seen and in Ghana which was the second country I visited for the first time this quarter
10. Stunning time lapse of #MachuPicchu

Q3 may have been the most active quarter to date. I journaled harder than ever, laughed the most (mainly cuz of Jolanda), was most consistent with some of my own goals like #Wolf, and was surrounded by electric and beautiful LOVE. taken in Machupicchu, Cusco, Peru by @aliciaivanabb

Q2 report: spotlighting my bday (duh, bb cuz what else) where I had 23 of the most beautiful souls I know fly from around the world to take over all of @lamansionguadalajara boutique hotel to celebrate.

This was one of the most iconic experiences of my life and I have nothing but gratitude for the weekend.
Mama Lydia always used to say, “Dime con quien andas y te dire quien eres” and I’m thankful to be surrounded by the best of the best.

Special shout out to @agjessip for being the best bb brother planning partner / designer ever 🫶🏿

Sept 15 Independence Day en 🇲🇽
Kuala Lumpur for my first international panel 🇲🇾

Posting late seems to be my new preference. Great opp to revisit some fav memories and to think about all the experiences that have unfolded since. Also @bethckennedy should be managing my account and just simply doesn’t so we’ll always be behind.
