Rating my kids’ impression of me and their dad: 10/10 accuracy, 100/10 emotional damage. 😂🥲

That’s what they chose to remember. Not the mess, not the stress — the love.

Turns out our kids don’t remember the perfect moments. They remember the real ones. And that’s exactly the kind of parent I want to keep being. 🥹💛 Present and always emotionally there by @alicialoves_3

Just a little something different for warm up today! by @alicialoves_3

And the day ended off with him napping in the bus after we picked #dbbno.2 from school. Then mum guilt starts to kick in again cos he fell asleep on the bus and my hands were full with carrying Dayna and couldn’t go to him (I was sitting in the other side- but also cos he requested to sit on his own). Here’s mama secretly hoping that the little 1-1 date filled up his love tank as much as it did for me, and he won’t forget that although mama is not able to hold him close to her most of the time, she’s always constantly checking in on him to see if he’s ok.

Watching you become a big brother is my favorite view, even on the days I feel like I’m falling short for you. I hope you always know how much I see you. by @alicialoves_3

Some milestones just hit different. ✨

Today I’m officially a certified Reformer Pilates instructor! 🩰

This one means so much to me — and I couldn’t have made it through without my amazing friends who practiced with me, cheered me on, and believed in me even when I doubted myself. Thank you for helping make this dream real — you know who you are. 💕

For me, Pilates has always been about helping people feel strong, capable, and happy in their bodies. And now that I’m certified, I can’t wait to bring even more of that energy into the studio. 🤍 by @alicialoves_3

In today’s #Mother_And_Move my first class gave up within 2 mins into this plank sequence so I offered regressions to try without the ball! It’s ok! We aim for next week! Maybe @twinklingsunsets can come try too hehe by @alicialoves_3

POV: when your kids asks you to go play with them and you reply “ 5 mins! Mama pat pat face.” And you actually keep to your words 🙊 by @alicialoves_3

Practising my flow just before my practice teach class. Little by little, working towards becoming a better instructor. Showing up regardless if I feel I’m ready. by @alicialoves_3

Happy birthday to the man who has loved me through every version of me. 🤍

Life hasn’t always been easy, and I know there have been a million reasons why you could have walked away. But instead, you stayed. You chose us. You chose me—even on the days when I probably wasn’t the easiest person to love.

Thank you for seeing the good in me when I couldn’t see it in myself. For believing in me, cheering me on through every dream, carrying our family so selflessly, and loving me with a patience I can only hope to deserve.

I don’t say it enough, but I know how incredibly lucky I am to call you my husband. You are the calm in my chaos, the steady hand that keeps us grounded, and the safest place my heart has ever known.

I pray this year brings you as much joy as you’ve brought into our lives. I’ll spend the rest of mine making sure you know just how deeply you are loved.

Happy birthday, my love. I’d choose you in every lifetime. ❤️ by @alicialoves_3

Happy 2nd birthday to my fearless, smart and loving #dbbzno2. 🤍
Please stop growing up so fast. Let me hold you a little longer, my last baby. Thank You, God, for answering my prayers and giving me the privilege of celebrating another year of your life by your side.
My prayer for you is simple: may I always be your safe place when you’re afraid, your comfort when life feels overwhelming, and your best friend—the one you know you can always come back to.
And for you, my sweet girl, I hope you grow up fearless enough to chase what sets your heart on fire, kind enough to love others, and gentle enough to always be kind to yourself.
No matter how much you grow, you’ll always be my baby. Happy birthday, my love. 🤍 by @alicialoves_3

POV: When you don’t have clients yet… so you become your own client. 😂

Today’s class attendance:
🙋🏻‍♀️ Me
🙋🏻‍♀️ Also me
🙋🏻‍♀️ And @bhavnavk who had no choice but to put up with my cues. 🤍

Practice teaching = saying “shoulders away from your ears” 37 times, forgetting my left and right once or twice, and pretending I definitely meant to say that. 😅

One day I’ll look back and laugh at these practice sessions. For now… we keep cueing, keep learning, and keep pretending the imaginary class is impressed. ✨ by @alicialoves_3

One unexpected perk of this season of life?

Being able to say “yes” to moments like this.

A school closure day that turned into a spontaneous date with the children. A fresh haircut, plenty of laughs, and nowhere we needed to rush off to.

Over the past few months, I’ve realised that success isn’t just about chasing the next milestone. It’s also about creating a life where I have the freedom to be present for the people I love and to treasure these ordinary, fleeting moments.

These afternoons may seem small now, but I know one day they’ll be the memories I hold closest to my heart. 🤍

Stop behaving like a big girl my little 👶

Eyeing her brother’s supplement as usual🤣 by @alicialoves_3

#dbbz’s maiden experience in Pri school!

Trying to pay money but in reality he doesn’t know what he’s doing haha

One day, this won’t be “just another school open house.”

It’ll be one of those memories I’ll wish I could relive—the excitement in his voice, the pride in showing me around, and the feeling that, for just a little while, the world slowed down.

These moments remind me that while I can’t slow time, I can choose to be fully present for it. Even on days with too little sleep, I’m grateful to still feel like myself... because showing up for them is something I’ll never take for granted. 🤍 by @alicialoves_3
