Hi here is my WHY MY #aim
The reason and what am trying to achieve with my #abstractlandscapes #oceanart

I try and paint to reconnect folk with ebergy flow found all around us in nature..
As a psychologist and fellow sufferer of trauma know all to well how energy flow can get blocked in the body
Leading to anxiety, trauma chronic stress symptoms at times fir others more pain tiredness chronic fatigue etc

My paintings ard meant to be
#healingart or #energyart

Doing practices such as
Yoga , breathwirk meditation can help enormous ly as can focusing in the moment in nature

With my art i hope it will help anyone to tap ibto your own bodies energy flow by focusing on the movement, strength and calm of water or

The sunny glow, warmth and love energy of the sun .

Had lots of fun creating this #abstractpainting with lots of texture
Painting in garden yesterday..
Wanted it to capture that essence of light tree reflecting in lakes

Hope u like too. Art keeps my spirit and energy up whatever else is happening around helped me through many years of childhood trauma
So keep on painting and creating

Remember that deep down you are you
You have your essence that noone can destroy.
Feed it with love, things you enjoy or that keep you sane. Then it will blossom 🌸 like a plant in the sun.

It was quite a crazy filming day as the tides were so fast here ..
Almost got painting wet and a sea gull sat on it admiring it .. was too scared to fim it lol
