Joining us at our Halloween Art Market on Saturday 17th October is the lovely @alicksart !!

Alex is a printmaker and artist who creates Lino prints, bookmarks, stickers and upcycled clothing using the original art, designs and illustrations.

They have a passion for shining a new light on unappreciated things found in the chaos of everyday life, creating a variety of whimsical, and rustic designs often featuring nature and retro themes. Sustainability is a big part of their art, using little to no packaging and doing everything from home.

HERES THE THING !! i said i was doing a thing, this is the thing !! hashtag hardlaunch

I am doing a collection with @mothmansmilk turning their beautifully illustrated designs into one of a kind upcycled ethically made and sourced t-shirts, hoodies and jumpers (and maybe something a little more)

We picked 4 designs initially to start this project, going with the theme of their cat designs, “Hector” the snide smoking cat, “Dave JarVoo” the cat with the vacant eyes, “Puss Puss Puss” the cats three and “Gestour” pronounced jester.

I carved each design out of linoleum, and have been printing them on white t-shirts in black ink. There will be more options and designs in the future so keep a look out for those!
