‎NEWS REPORT
‎
‎Prince Mustapha Mona Audu of Nigeria has emphasized the indispensable role of strong dialogue and collaboration between the public and private sectors in driving an effective and sustainable energy transition. Speaking during a high-level engagement at COP30, the visionary entrepreneur and advocate for clean mobility stressed that no nation can achieve meaningful progress in climate action without a united front between government institutions, industry players, and innovators.
‎
‎In his remarks, Prince Audu offered a deep and thoughtful assessment of the COP conferences over the years, noting that while they have provided valuable global platforms for environmental commitments, the world must now move from discussions to measurable actions. He underscored the importance of implementing policies that accelerate renewable energy adoption, encourage green investment, and support emerging technologies—especially in developing nations.
‎
‎Prince Audu also highlighted that COP gatherings continue to shape global strategies for combating climate change, influencing environmental protection frameworks and strengthening countries’ collective resolve toward a low-carbon future. He reiterated that Africa, with its youthful population and abundant resources, stands positioned to lead in sustainable innovation if given the right support.
‎
‎The full interview provides more insight into his views on climate leadership, green mobility, and the future of Africa’s energy landscape.

From Ambition to Action: At COP 30, We Take on Africa’s Greatest Climate Challenge

The stage is set for a pivotal moment in the fight for our planet. This year, we are incredibly proud to be attending COP 30 in Belém, Brazil – a city at the gateway to the Amazon, the lungs of our world. The symbolism is profound: we are here to protect, to regenerate, and to build.

The data is clear: in Africa, the single highest polluting sector is transportation. This is not just a statistic; it is our continent’s greatest opportunity for transformative change. It is the challenge we were born to solve.

At EMVC, we are not daunted by the scale of this mission; we are energized by it. We are proud to take on the greatest challenge of all – to decarbonize African mobility and unlock a future of clean, equitable, and sustainable transportation for all.

The road to a sustainable future runs through our cities, our communities, and our economies. It is a road we are building with electric vehicles, smart infrastructure, and visionary partnerships. We are not just imagining a future with clean air and thriving economies; we are building it, one kilometer at a time.

Join us in Belém and beyond. Let’s collaborate, innovate, and drive the change we need to see.

Let’s decarbonize. Let’s empower. Let’s save our planet for generations to come.
