Acting like the light 🫶🏼🙌👑

Wow! After spending 72 hours in the presence of one of the most powerful spiritual teachers in the world, David Ghiyam, I wanted to share the top 10 lessons I learned from him this weekend.

Not only was I able to meet other like minded powerful souls, I was reminded that these experiences and immersions also act as a catalyst for true change in the world. And all change starts within. It is thru deeply connecting to the Light of the Creator daily, that your vessel expands to allow more beauty, clarity, abundance, blessings and manifestations into your life.

My hope is that you take even one of these and use it to channel more Light into your life—especially during the challenging moments (because we all go through them).

Thank you David for an incredible weekend full of light & expansion! This wisdom is actively shifting my life and reminding me of how powerful we are when we align with our highest purpose and the elevation of our souls.

I just saw 8 very successful business owners, athletes, film stars, hedge fund managers, models, realtors and more at @equinox at 10am….

Which got me thinking: What do all successful people have in common?

Watch till the end and comment “success” if you need help getting out of your rut 🙏💪

We Will Dance Again! 🤍💙🤍 The best part of my week was @fidf_youngleadership event and being surrounded by so many powerful young Jewish people who celebrate life, humanity and the right for Israel 🇮🇱 to exist peacefully in the world.

As a Jewish person who was raised ultra liberal…We got this whole rabble rousing completely wrong…. And once again people hate the Jews because you want to blame a country and community that actually has attained success in the world.

Being blamed for everything is not new to Jewish people. And yet we persist and we stick together.

Free Palestine? OK… FREE Palestine… from HAMAS. Free the world from terrorism and extremism. FREE IRAN from The Islamic Republic!!!!

Israel has the right to exist in peace and Jews deserve to not be blamed for wanting to exist in peace. There was a peace agreement between Israel and Palestine before Hamas invaded Israel and murdered innocent women, children, grandmas, grandpas and fellow Muslims.

Ask yourself: if Mexican cartels invaded Southern California at Coachella…. Would you be screaming free Mexico?

Before you keep pointing your finger at the Jews, perhaps you should look at who the actual culprits of terror and oppression are…you may find it’s the Islamic Extremists. Stop blaming us for oppression and start actually looking at the places where people exist freely and aren’t fearing daily death threats from their own government. Stop rabble rousing for the underdogs…. You wouldn’t last 10minutes in Palestine under Islamic extremist rule.

Yom Kippur reminds us that transformation begins within—but its power is multiplied through the collective.

The 13 Attributes of Mercy call us toward compassion, patience, forgiveness, truth, and grace—not only to ask for mercy, but to embody it.

Imagine if, for one day, we all chose:

Compassion over judgment.
Curiosity over certainty.
Forgiveness over resentment.
Responsibility over blame.
Love over ego.

Maybe changing the world begins much smaller than we think.

Maybe it begins with changing what we bring into it.

What do Greece 🇬🇷 , Burning Man 👽and Rosh Hashana 🎊have in common?

All show that Impermanence doesn’t make life meaningless. It is precisely what makes life so precious.✨✨

Today is Rosh Hashana (the head of the year in Judaism), the day the world was created. If you read Genesis Gd says “for you are dust and to dust you shall return.” Today, on Rosh Hashana we read this holy prayer called Unetaneh Tokef.

A passage in the prayer reads:
אָדָם יְסוֹדוֹ מֵעָפָר וְסוֹפוֹ לֶעָפָר
A person’s origin is from dust, and their end is to dust.

The dust… wow…. Again… and again… How full circle ⭕️

The sunsets. The dancing. The ancient stones beneath our feet. The strangers who become friends. The people we love. The mistakes that transform us. The moments of awe we wish we could hold onto forever.

We can’t.

And maybe that’s the lesson.

We are here for such a brief moment in the story of this universe. At the end of the day, we are all stardust—and back to the dust we will go.

So while we’re here, may we love deeply. Forgive more freely. Dance wildly. Create something meaningful. Choose kindness. Stay curious. And have the courage to become who we were meant to be.

Here’s to another year of being fully, beautifully alive. ✨

Shana Tova. 🤍

Sometimes you think… what happened in a year? And then you look back and you’re like…. Wow! I’m a magical human and wow!!! I’m so much stronger and more capable than I thought. As @itshannaheve would say “Show me how good…..”it can get, and ready for much more to come.

This was an incredible year of growth, travel, success, falls, new friends, love, laughter and lots and lots of dance. Cheers to how good it can get and even better! #universeshowmehowgooditgets #leoseason♌️ #timecapsule #birthdaygirl #travelgram taken in The World by @alievlyfe
