Sebastian Paul Binder was born April 29th, 2026 at 3:29pm.
He is 19.5” long and weighs 6lbs 7oz.
He is a very sleepy man, and his mother is an incredibly strong woman.
If you have a mom in your life, thank them with everything you have, because I’ve never witnessed something more primally insane than childbirth in my whole life.

The Blackfeet Nation deserves the utmost respect and admiration for allowing this to happen on their land.
@firekeeperalliance deserves all the love in the world for bringing such an important message to the surface.
Every single band that played deserves every single accolade you can give.
Remember that your life is not over and that you have not yet experienced all of the powerful intense cathartic moments of your time here yet.

Took a trip through the desert with an impeccable travel teammate with a real cute smile. I could have done it another month. @lifeasarizona was a premier partner in this adventure and will be for many more. by @alightamongmany

2024 was hard. A lot of gut punches and loss.
Last year this time I was frightened and immobile at how many things in my life were at risk of falling apart.
Most of them did. I’m heartbroken, but I’m also on the other side and lighter on my feet. More capable of loving people the way I’m meant to.
Love, music, friends, fulfillment. All of them new and different and all of them full of beautiful potential and beautiful perspectives of how far all of us have come.
Let’s have a killer year everyone. by @alightamongmany
