SAVE for a creative warm up that’s full body! This is transferable and also perfect for mat pilates!
All springs on so the carriage is stable. Shoulder blocks off to give yourself some space.

A little reminder to stop saving all the things you want to do for “someday” and start making them part of your everyday.
I’ve finally added @xtraclubs because it’s one place with sauna, steam room and ice bath that’s affordable and luxurious 🫶

The best morning with @thehouseofsculpt helping @pinkyandkamal celebrate their upcoming SS26 collection. With @nicclarkemitchell teaching us a fun Jane Fonda inspired class 🩷🩷

Nothing lights me up more than empowering women to take charge of their health 🥹🤍

Such a dreamy day in the most breathtaking setting at the Aligned Escape Retreat.

To our beautiful host, thank you for bringing together such an incredible group of women.

Thank you for having me 🤍

SAVE for full body mat flow 💙 with transitions aka how to get from kneeling to facing the front to side facing without stopping.
I loved the kneeling and turned out hip to get the obliques working with the arm extension.

My new FAVE ❤️‍🔥 Can steal this for an intermediate class or break it down for a strength class. Good mix of upper and lower body as well as a stability challenge.

Day 3 @ The Aligned Escape. Another day filled with movement, laughter, relaxation and walls been taken down. Was also spoilt to an amazing Gut Health workshop with @enlivenwellnutrition ✨
At night had a lavender meditation session with @ikouinspire lavender eye packs and lavender roll on, supported with @incense.lab lavender incense. A perfect combination for a clam night 💜

Day 1 @ The Aligned Escape. The first few hours we set the tone, moved our bodies, eased into it and I can already see a positive effect this retreat is giving these women 💛 sometimes you need moody weather to slow you down
